OG announces their decision

A total of seven teams have officially backed out from the upcoming Galaxy Battles II tournament in the Philippine Arena in Bulacan, Philippines.

OG released a statement earlier today that despite the retracted Major accreditation for the tournament and the halved prize pool, they will attend the tournament.

“It’s unfortunate things panned out the way they did, but the Philippines has always been a special country for OG.” Evany Chang, OG COO, said. “It was here we won Valve’s Manila Major and the fire from the Dota fans is truly inspiring. We are excited for the opportunity to return.”

OG will be competing at Galaxy Battles II with stand-ins in lieu of their usual lineup. Their coach 7ckngMad will be subbed in for N0tail, while KheZu will be filling in for s4. OG affirm their commitment to their dedicated fans who have already made plans to attend the upcoming tournament.
