ESL finally announced last night the official list of teams that will be attending the second to last Major tournament of the Dota Pro Circuit, the ESL One Birmingham 2018.
After CIS Qualifier winner, Natus Vincere, withdrew their tournament slot due to impending visa issues and last-minute roster change, ESL happily publicized that Team Spirit will be taking the vacant spot for CIS.
In their official announcement, ESL clarified that other participating teams were already given a heads up about the high possibility of Team Spirit completing the tournament line-up. The short time frame for visa applications, as well as some internal issues regarding their Dota 2 roster, rendered CIS qualifier second placer, Team Empire, unable to join the tournament.
Since we are undergoing some stuff in the Dota 2 squad, we couldn't make it to Birmingham on time fam

Team Spirit’s latest tournament appearance was earlier this year at the Galaxy Battles II: Emerging Worlds in Manila. They started their campaign strong by sweeping the home crowd favorite TNC Pro Team, but fell short to the eventual grand champions, VGJ.Thunder, for a commendable third place finish.
After successfully clinching a spot at the China Dota 2 Supermajor through the CIS Qualifiers, Team Spirit looks to cap off their season by attending the final two Major tournaments of the Dota Pro Circuit.
