The grandest Dota 2 tournament goes to Canada

The first details of The International 2018 has finally been revealed.

In a press release posted earlier today, Valve announced that this year’s battle for the Aegis of Champions will be held at the Rogers Arena in Vancouver, Canada on August 20 to August 25.

Along with the date and venue, Valve has also stated that the ticket sales for The International 2018 will begin on March 24 at 1:00 and 13:00 SGT. Two ticket types will be available for sale, theMidweek ticket, which will grant attendance to the first four days of the event for 125 CAD (approx. 5,000 PHP), and the Finals ticket, which will grant access to the last two days of the event for 250 CAD (approx. 10,000 PHP).

This is the second time that The International will be held outside of the United States of America. Due to the renovation of Key Arena, Valve was forced to move the venue of The International 2018 to the 18,000-seater Rogers Arena.
