TNC Pro Team marked a milestone in 2016 when they beat out Cloud9 in the World Electronic Sports Games 2016. The 2-1 victory cinched an 800,000USD cash prize, and the respect of numerous Filipino fans. WESG consistently gathers the top professional teams in each of their games, offering them the opportunity to claim lucrative cash prizes. Its been over a year since the last WESG event, and now the next WESG peaks on the horizon.

Sound the Horns

The event organizers, AliSports, has made announced their plans for the next World Electronic Sports Games. The upcoming 2017 event will boast a grand combined prize pool of 5,500,000USD across the tournament’s 4 games. Professional gamers from Dota2Counter-Strike: Global OffensiveHearthstone, and Starcraft 2.

The international qualifiers are expected to begin some time in October of 2017, up until January of 2018. The overall final lan stage of the tournament is expected to once again take place in China sometime in March 2018. Alisports have proved their capability in handling such a grand Esports event.
