Ysaera to replace Jacko amidst Valve exile

Wednesday, January 6, 2016 – Amidst the ruling of Valve’s ban against the young Filipino mid-lane prodigy known as Jacko, Mineski-X have announced their replacement for the said player would be Singapore’s Ysaera for the upcoming SEA Qualifier of the Shanghai Majors 2016.

As soon as the winner was hailed in the first batch of the SEA qualifier for the Shanghai Majors, the word immediately arrived at Valve HQ regarding the past scandal regarding Mineski-X’s mid-laner Mark Anthony ‘Jacko’ Soriano. Jacko was involved in a past match-fixing scandal that involved local players from a past line-up for Mineski and MSI-EvoGT line-up including players such as Joven, Patty, and even Bayabas— SEA Qualifier invite Execration’s off-laner.

Now that word got to the governing body of Valve, they imposed a lifetime ban on said players. As for the status of Mineski-X and Execration, they will have to replace their players with new ones in order for them to continue to play in the upcoming qualifier. Do note that Valve’s deadline for the replacement has already past– only giving them yesterday until 12 midnight to find their replacement.

So far, Mineski-X has announced that they will be recruiting Singapore’s Adrian Rui Hui ‘Ysaera’ Wong to the line-up in replacement for Jacko. This leaves Mski-X’s line-up with Xtinct, Winter, Ninjaboogie, Kecik Imba, and Ysaera.

As for Execration, they have not yet announced any replacement for Bayabas.
