Team Roster:

  • Taschvind “Taz” Sielan
  • Lee Yoong ”YooNgHwe1” Hwei
  • Khalish ”d4v41” Rusyaidee
  • Ridzuan ”3nable” Hazi

The Fire Dragoon initially picked up their roster back in October of 2016 when they acquired MVP Karnal’s lineup. Less than a month later, they had to release their lineup due to complications from both the players and the organization. Their original lineup from MVP Karnal then created JYP Gaming, another Malaysian CS:GO squad. Ever since then, Fire Dragoon has been under the radar.

It wasn’t until April of 2017 when Fire Dragoon E-sports started to come back into the Southeast Asian scene. They enlisted YooNgHwe1 and d4v41 from Orange Esports, clickzai from JYP (who was also from Orange Esports) and 3nable. AimaNNN, the captain of the original roster from MVP Karnal also went back to the organization, but this time, as a coach.

Ever since the new squad was formed, they slowly climbed back from the bottom half of SEA’s best teams. Quite recently, they secured a slot in the IeSF World Championships 2017 – Malaysia Qualifier and to the eXTREMESLAND ZOWIE Asia CS:GO 2017 – Malaysian Qualifier. They’re going to have to have a good run in the ASUS ROG Masters in order to start leaving a mark once again in the Southeast Asian region.

The ASUS ROG Masters 2017 Asia-Pacific qualifier is the culminating tournament for the region’s representative at the ASUS ROG Masters 2017 Main Stage. Sixteen of the Asia’s and Oceania’s best teams will battle it out at the SMX Convention center from October 26 to 30, 2017. Only one team will be APAC’s representative.
